Delivery and Returns Policy
The following applies to purchases made on www.accurist.com and not third party retailers.
Online Purchases
Online purchases are limited to 5 items per order.
Payment
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.
UK Delivery

Standard delivery uses Royal Mail 48 hour tracked, takes 3-5 working days, and is free on orders over £20 to UK postcodes*.

Next day delivery uses Royal Mail 24 hour tracked and is £5.99. Order before 1pm Monday - Thursday to receive your order the next working day to UK postcodes*. This excludes bank holidays.

We also offer a guaranteed before 1pm next day delivery service for £9.99. Order before 1pm Monday - Thursday to receive your order the next working day before 1pm to UK postcodes*. This excludes bank holidays. 


If you have not received your order by the end of the delivery period stated, please allow up to 7 working days before
contacting us as we cannot investigate your order before this timeframe.


*Certain postcodes are ineligible for Royal Mail's tracked 24, tracked 48 and guaranteed before 1pm service. Please check the Royal Mail website for all excluded postcodes.

International Delivery
We offer international delivery to select countries.

Delivery to these countries is £10 and takes 5-7 working days.

International Duties & Taxes 
This section applies for all customers purchasing outside of the UK.

All prices shown on the Accurist website are in British pounds and including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation. 

 Please note that in case of an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.

It should be noted that Accurist has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, Accurist cannot predict their amount. Accurist advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.

If you are purchasing outside of the UK, your card provider may automatically convert your purchase into your local currency, or add an additional charge to cover the conversion rate. Accurist have no control over this process, please check with your card provider on conversion rates or additional charges before making any purchase. 
Tracking
We offer tracking on all of our orders. When you receive an email from us to confirm your order has been dispatched, you will also receive an email from your courier which will include a link to track your order.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Unfortunately we cannot offer cancellations or make changes to your order once it has been placed. Please follow the returns process outlined below if you need to send your watch back to us. We do not process refunds on engraved products.
UK Returns
Orders can be returned within 28 days from delivery. Returns on UK Mainland orders are free (excluding any delivery charges). This excludes Northern Ireland and other excluded non Mainland UK postcodes. Click here to learn more.

If you wish to return an order within this time period, the product must be unworn and in its original condition. We do not accept returns on any products that are engraved. Furthermore, if you have received any additional products with your purchase this too must be returned in its original condition. Should you wish to return a gift set that includes earrings, you may only return these within the 28 day period if the seal is unbroken on the earring package.

UK Returns Via Royal Mail 

Please visit our returns portal, then enter your order number and postcode to locate your order. Select each item you wish to return, select a quantity then choose a reason for return from the drop down menu. Press ‘submit request’ and then your label will be ready to print. 

Simply then print your returns label, stick it on your package and then drop your return off at your nearest Post office location. You will be updated on the status of your return via email or text.

Once we have received your return and refunded the money back to you, we will notify you via email. It will take up to 14 working days for you to receive your money back into your account. If after this time you have not received your money back, please contact us.

International Returns
Unfortunately we don’t offer a free international returns service and the cost of returning your purchase to us must be covered.

When returning a product to us from outside of the UK please state on the parcel ‘UK Return – All Tax & Duties Paid’. Any returns, where this information has not been made clear and taxes & duties have been charged, will not be accepted by us. It is the customers responsibility to clear these charges. Tax & duty charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. In cases where you are returning a faulty watch to us and it is not feasible to repair this, we will offer you an exchange for a new watch that is the same model as the original. For more information on delivery and returns, please see our FAQ page.
