Our Aftercare Services
Hassle free aftercare.
At Accurist our primary concern is our customer care. We want to provide you with the best quality products and ensure that you to have an enjoyable experience shopping with us. That is why we have a dedicated aftercare team to provide a hassle-free service for all of our customers.

We want to keep our historic reputation as a top watch brand, in both product quality and customer service quality. We have created an aftercare team and an easy process to follow (details of which you can find on our FAQ page) so that should you experience any issues or queries, we can get back to you in a timely and efficient manner.

All Accurist watches come with a two-year guarantee and the terms of this guarantee can be found on our guarantee page. For a period of two years, should there be any defects in the materials or workmanship, we will exchange or repair at our discretion any defective components. We also have spare components for our watches that date as far back as 50 years old at our warehouse in Leicestershire, so we can repair watches that may hold sentimental value.

Watches are an investment, not only in your style but also money-wise. That is why we are dedicated to not only delivering the best products but also looking after you as a customer. We will always endeavour to repair watches under guarantee, or if outside of the guarantee then at a reasonable fee.
